First off, I would like to say thank you so much for making these podcasts! I am a teen, solitary witch who's still hiding in the Broom Closet, and oftentimes I feel lonely from a lack of "community". Your podcast gives me a gateway to hearing other opinions besides my own, and helps give me a better sense of belonging. So, again, thank you very much.

As for integrating magick into the every day, this is how I go about it. I often find that it can be a challenge, since I'm underage AND in the Broom Closet, but these examples work well for me.

On the weekdays when I have school, I wake up earlier than I normally would have to (around 5, but sometimes I'm not actually out of bed until 5:20). I go to the kitchen and make a cup of tea (which reminds me, we need more...). While I'm drinking it, I think about peaceful things, I focus on having a positive day, and other things of that nature. When I'm done with my tea, I stretch a little, look out my window, and greet the sun. Then I light a couple candles for the God and Goddess, say good morning to them, and pray. I usually thank them for the sleep the night before, and I ask them to protect me throughout the day and ask for their help in being mindful of my actions.

Then I try to either work with the elements in some way, or work on my visualization. Great examples can be found in "Where to Park Your Broomstick" by Lauren Manoy, which is a fabulous book. Lately I've been lazy and sleeping in more than I should, but typically I'll light a candle and focus on the fire energy. I'll rhythmically breathe and focus on air energies. I'll talk to my house plant, water it, etc to work with the Earth, since currently it's a little frozen where I am. Usually to work with water, I wait until I'm in the shower and I'm surrounded by it. I think I may try your trick of feeling it wash away all the bad energy; sometimes I do that anyway, but doing it every day would feel so refreshing!

Then I go about my day, lah-dee-dah. At night I make another cup of tea (I'll probably never get sick again if I keep this up!). In theory, I would drink this under the light of the moon, but it's still a little cold where I am, so I haven't been. I think about relaxing, and sleeping. I'm going to try meditating around this time; this whole schedule of mine is always changing.

No matter what I do, right before I go to sleep, I light my God and Goddess candles again, and thank them for the blessing of the day. I ask for sleep to come quickly and to be restful. I thank them for the constants in my life (friends, family, roof over head, all that) and then I blow out the candles and go to sleep.

So there's the great, lengthy way of how I magically mold my day. (Gee, doesn't that sound snappy!)

Suggestion for the podcast, if you don't mind me saying so:
Tonight is the Full Moon, so obviously that's what I'm thinking about at present. Perhaps you could do a bit on Full Moon rituals, or just about the moon in general. Phases, and all that.

So again, thank you for these wonderful podcasts, and please keep it up! Blessed be! <333
