What’s Going On?!

Hey guys,

Well as you may have noticed, there’s a beautiful purple banner just above my entry here. And as you may also have noticed, I haven’t updated in a little while. Essentially, a little thing called life has got in the way - I have been working, plus schoolwork which I am approximately two weeks behind in, and also I’ve been doing some on-the-side projects for some pretty prominent Pagan authors (which I will keep on the DL until it’s complete), as well as the Path of the Wise Ones Tradition.

So just a little information about my role at PotWO - I’m the Director of Public Relations, which essentially means I get out there and promote our group. We are not trying to proselytize; rather we are trying to educate those who aren’t so sure on what we do, as well as involve those who are interested in joining our cause. Furthermore, and more importantly, we are here to provide assistance for Pagans in need - whether it be in the form of food stamps, medical assistance, elder care, or otherwise. If you’d like more information, please check out http://www.wise-ones.org - I promise I won’t be promoting it every time I post, because I know that would get boring, but I thought since we’re just starting to get our name out there, I would mention it today.

So as for what else has been happening, it’s been just what I said - school, and work. My work has put me down to a 9-day fortnight, which means I alternate between 5-day and 4-day weeks. It’s basically due to the time off I’ve taken being sick - I’ve been working myself into the ground and it’s taking its toll. Anyway, I hope to get out of there as soon as PotWO gets its funding (which should be soon) and dedicate myself to that full-time.

As for the podcast, the third episode should be coming out soon - I asked my fiance what I should cover, and he suggested Pagan references in mainstream media, so I might look into that, do a little more research and see how it goes.

So if you have any questions, comments or suggestions about PotWO, the site or the podcast, please don’t hesitate to contact me!
